Tupl has joined the over 140 world’s leading communications service providers (CSPs) and technology ecosystem participants that have signed the Open API & Open Digital Architecture Manifesto publicly demonstrating their endorsement of TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture (ODA) approach.
