Malaga Racing Team Partners with Tupl to Revolutionize Telemetry Data Management with AI and Advanced Analytics

The Malaga Racing Team, composed of more than 80 students from more than 20 different degrees and postgraduates of the University of Malaga, and Tupl, a leading provider of cutting-edge AI and analytics solutions, are announcing a strategic collaboration aimed at enabling the racing team to implement AI and advanced analytics to the telemetry data in their racing project.

Through this collaboration agreement, the MART team will have access to Tupl's training platform Tupl Academy, powered by our no-code MLOps platform, TuplOS, which covers the innovative AI-driven platform. This knowledge will enable the team to harness the power of data analytics to optimize vehicle performance, enhance decision-making, and gain a competitive edge on the track.

Telemetry data plays a crucial role in motorsports, providing real-time insights into a vehicle's performance, allowing teams to make informed decisions during races and optimize strategies. Tupl's state-of-the-art technology will empower Malaga Racing Team with enhanced capabilities to process, analyze, and derive actionable insights from massive volumes of telemetry data in real-time.

Tupl's platform is designed to handle the complexities of telemetry data, utilizing machine learning algorithms and AI-powered analytics to provide comprehensive insights that enable teams to optimize vehicle setups, predict performance trends, and make informed decisions in real-time. With this project, the MART team will be better positioned for the International Formula Student competition that will be held next year.

MART, Málaga Racing Team, is made up of more than 80 students from more than 20 degrees and postgraduates of the University of Malaga who work in a transversal way in the construction of a single-seater racing car.

The project is funded mostly by the Vice-Rectorate for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship through the "Key-Project program, although they also count on an extensive grid of companies that have an important sponsorship and patronage role and, without whose help, the project could not be a reality.

In addition, the team is being mentored by the University of Malaga's mentors Pepe de la Varga, Joaquín Ortega, Fuensanta Galindo, and Sebastián Martín, who are fundamental pillars for the structure of the project.

Season after season, the members of the team put into practice the knowledge they have acquired to design, manufacture, and develop the single-seater racing car.
