A few days ago, we had the great opportunity to interview Valentin Neacsu, Former CTO at Kyivstar (VEON Group)

Kyivstar is Ukraine’s number one mobile operator. It is one of the brands from VEON group, which provides essential communications and digital services to 212 million customers in nine countries. As a provider of communications and digital services, VEON aspires to be a leader in the use of predictive, cognitive technologies that can anticipate and serve the evolving demands of their customers. 

Valentin has been in Kyivstar for the last 7 years, focusing on technology and networks and turning Kyivstar network in one of the most advanced in Europe. 

We talked with Valentin about Kyivstar’s collaboration with Tupl for their network operations automation and how our Automated Customer Care Resolution solution, AI Care, impacted their customer care. We also discussed what the future will bring in terms of automation of network operations.
