Tupl, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Tupl," "We," "Us," or "Our"), recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of information We may receive from users ("You," "Your," or "Users") of Our website (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the Website, and describes Our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information through the Website. By accessing the Website, You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of Your country.

Legal basis for processing. We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis under Article 6 GDPR, namely: (i) Your consent — for analytics and marketing cookies and for optional communications; (ii) performance of a contract or steps taken at Your request — for example, when You request a demo or apply for a job; (iii) our legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve the Website, where not overridden by Your rights; and (iv) compliance with a legal obligation. Tupl is established in the United States and also operates in Spain. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent our use of advertising cookies constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under U.S. state laws, You can opt out by turning off the Marketing category in Cookie settings.
