Digital Kit
Digital Kit is a Spanish government program that funds digital solution adoption to boost digital maturity.
What is the Digital Kit?
The Kit Digital is an initiative by the Government of Spain to support the digitalization of SMEs and freelancers. The government offers grants starting from three thousand euros to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions.
What is the purpose of the Digital Kit?
The Digital Kit addresses the need identified by the government for SMEs to compete on equal footing in a framework of digital transformation that we are all immersed in and which today is essential to remain competitive in the market.
What do the Digital Kit grants consist of?
The public grants from the Kit Digital program are funded by the Next Generation EU funds, through which the Spanish Government aims to drive the digitalization of the country’s business ecosystem. SMEs with fewer than 250 employees and self-employed professionals can apply for these digital vouchers, ranging from €3,000 to €29,000, to contract technological solutions through accredited digital providers and use them to optimize their businesses.
With a budget of €3.067 billion, this program is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Digital Spain 2025 agenda, and the SME Digitalization Plan 2021–2025.
