Cookies Policy

Last updated: 16 June 2026.

This Cookies Policy explains how Tupl, Inc. ("Tupl", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, what categories we use, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits) work in comparable ways. They can be set by us ("first-party") or by third parties whose services we use ("third-party"), and can last only for your session ("session cookies") or for a defined period ("persistent cookies").

Your choices and consent

When you first visit our website we show a consent banner. Only strictly necessary cookies are placed before you make a choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you give your consent. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by opening Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always active)

Required for the website to function — security, navigation, submitting forms, and remembering your cookie choice (the tupl_consent cookie, which lasts about six months). These cannot be switched off and do not require consent.

Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it (pages visited, traffic sources, aggregated usage and session behaviour). These run only with your consent.

Marketing

Used to measure campaigns and to show relevant ads on third-party platforms. These run only with your consent. Leaving this category off opts you out of any sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information").

How we manage cookies and consent

Tags on this site are managed through Google Tag Manager together with Google Consent Mode. Cookies in the Analytics and Marketing categories are blocked until you grant consent for the relevant category, and are released or withdrawn according to your choice.

Managing cookies in your browser

In addition to our Cookie settings, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

U.S. residents — Do Not Sell or Share

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with applicable privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Utah), you can exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising by turning off the Marketing category in Cookie settings. See the "Your U.S. Privacy Rights" section of our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Questions can be sent to info@tupl.com.
