Tupl at DTW26: Proven AI Automation for Telecom, at Scale

Tupl, the proven AI automation system for telecommunications, joins TM Forum's DTW26 – Ignite in Copenhagen, June 23–25, 2026.

Tupl, the proven AI automation system for telecommunications, is pleased to announce its participation in TM Forum's DTW26 – Ignite, taking place June 23–25, 2026, in Copenhagen.

At DTW26, Tupl brings a clear answer to one of the industry's most pressing challenges: how to deploy AI in telecom operations based on deterministic pipelines, with a governed approach that can be trusted. As operators move from pilots to production, the actual need is how to produce reliable AI that acts within approved boundaries, with full accountability. That is the gap Tupl is built to close.

Meet us at Booth 221 to see our solutions in action and speak with the team about how Tupl's proven AI automation system is delivering measurable results across network operations, customer care, and energy management.

Our solutions at DTW26

Network Advisor

Network Advisor detects, diagnoses, and resolves network performance degradation autonomously. Its agentic architecture continuously monitors the network, identifies root causes, and executes resolutions within operator-defined playbooks, delivering 90% greater diagnostic accuracy, 90% reduction in manual effort, and 2.5x productivity gains for network teams. Every action is governed, traceable, and aligned with operator policy.

AI Care Suite

AI Care Suite resolves customer issues automatically, without waiting for a care contact to open a case. Its agentic layer monitors network and customer signals in real time, identifies service degradation at the individual subscriber level, and triggers proactive resolutions within 50 seconds, with a 90% reduction in ticket generation. Operators gain a care operation that acts before the customer picks up the phone.

Power Saving Advisor

Power Saving Advisor optimizes energy consumption at the cell level, across vendors and technologies, without compromising service quality. It delivers up to 25% additional energy savings, cuts manual effort by 90%, and maintains 100% service quality, giving operators full control over their energy management process while advancing sustainability goals.

Catalyst Project: Boosting NPS Beyond Network KPIs with Agentic AI

Beyond our booth, Tupl is participating in TM Forum Catalyst project C26.0.935, alongside champions AXIAN, Elisa, e&, Mauritius Telecom, and Telefónica, and fellow participants Optare Solutions and Wipro.

The project addresses the gap between network performance metrics and the loyalty scores that determine churn and competitive advantage. Customer Experience Index built on radio access network data are technically sophisticated, but they were designed to measure the network, not the customer. Billing friction, care quality, onboarding failures, and digital channel breakdowns drive NPS as much as signal strength does, yet they remain invisible to most operator models today.

Grounded in the TM Forum IG1394 Telco NPS Management Framework and Autonomous Networks principles, the Catalyst deploys agentic AI across three use cases:

The expected outcomes include a 5–10% NPS uplift across targeted segments, a 1–2% churn reduction through proactive AI-driven care, a 20–30% improvement in customer care efficiency, and a 90% reduction in diagnostic time from risk signal to intervention trigger. The architecture targets Autonomous Networks Level 3 to Level 4, built on TM Forum Open APIs and aligned with intent management standards IG1253 and IG1358, security framework IG1463, and the Autonomous Networks maturity model.
