Tupl received a grant of €415,335 through the Agencia IDEA program to support the ACCR Pro Care project. This project focuses on the development of AI-powered solutions for advanced network and customer care automation in the telecommunications sector.

Also funded through the Agencia IDEA program, the Network Advisor project advances Tupl's AI capabilities for autonomous network management — enabling operators to identify and resolve network issues faster and with greater precision.
Retos Program
Tupl received a grant of €315,867 through the Retos program (Retos Colaboración), funded by FEDER European Regional Development Funds and the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation. This funding supported a collaborative research project carried out in partnership with the University of Málaga (UMA), combining academic research with applied AI development.
NEREA Project: Network Strategy and Evolution Advisor
The NEREA project — Network Strategy and Evolution Advisor — was developed in collaboration with the Smart Cities Cluster and focuses on applying AI to the management and optimization of urban green areas. A key innovation of the project is its no-code AI model building capability, enabling non-technical stakeholders to configure and deploy AI-powered monitoring and decision-support tools without programming expertise.
