digital solution adoption to boost digital maturity.

What is the Digital Kit?
The Kit Digital is an initiative by the Government of Spain to support the digitalization of SMEs and freelancers. The government offers grants starting from three thousand euros to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions.
What is the purpose of the Digital Kit?
What do the Digital Kit grants consist of?
The public grants from the Kit Digital program are funded by the Next Generation EU funds, through which the Spanish Government aims to drive the digitalization of the country’s business ecosystem. SMEs with fewer than 250 employees and self-employed professionals can apply for these digital vouchers, ranging from €3,000 to €29,000, to contract technological solutions through accredited digital providers and use them to optimize their businesses.
With a budget of €3.067 billion, this program is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Digital Spain 2025 agenda, and the SME Digitalization Plan 2021–2025.

Business Intelligence and Analytics
Up to €8,000
The objective of this category is to enable the use of your company’s data to improve the decision-making process.
Features and Services
This solution includes a number of configuration hours for defining the specific characteristics of your sales processes, as well as for data loading. These hours are allocated, for each business segment defined in Article 7.2, as follows:
Segment I (10 to fewer than 50 employees): 70 configuration hours
Segment II (3 to fewer than 10 employees): 40 configuration hours
Segment III (0 to fewer than 3 employees): 30 configuration hours
Segments IV (50 to fewer than 100 employees) and V (100 to fewer than 250 employees): 90 configuration hours
This process is essential for the subsequent implementation and deployment of the digitalization solution, which will provide at least the following functionalities and services:
Data integration with other databases: You will have access to other databases and the ability to perform comparisons with the available data.
Data storage:
If you belong to segments I, II, or III, you will have a minimum of 1 GB of storage per user.
For segments IV and V, the minimum storage capacity will be 5 GB per user.
Creation of structured and visual data dashboards: You will benefit from customized dashboards with relevant data and various visualization formats.
Data export: You will be able to export data as images or Excel documents, ensuring synergy and compatibility with other software you commonly use.

In Segment IV, companies with fewer than 50 employees may still qualify as medium-sized businesses if they exceed €10 million in annual turnover and balance sheet total, as stated in Article 7.2.d).
Business Intelligence and Analytics with Associated AI
Up to €9,000

The main objective of this category is to provide training in artificial intelligence specialized in Business Intelligence and analytics. This will enable you to enhance your business decision-making process.
This solution includes a number of hours dedicated to configuration, aimed at defining the specific characteristics of the sales processes as well as data loading. These hours are allocated by company segment as follows:
Segment IV: 80 configuration hours
Segment V: 90 configuration hours
This solution also includes AI training in the field of BI and analytics, lasting 20 hours over two months for both segments.
Features and Services
Data integration with other databases: The solution will allow access to other databases and comparisons with the presented data.
Data storage: A minimum of 1 GB of storage per user must be provided.
Creation of structured and visual data dashboards: The solution will enable the creation of customized, relevant dashboards and multiple forms of visualization.
Data export: Export to images or Excel documents, fostering compatibility and synergy with commonly used programs.
Training in generative AI fundamentals within BI and analytics, which includes:
Basic fundamentals: Introduction to current regulations and ethical and security-related risks.
Specific training on:
Data integration with other databases
Data storage
Creation of structured and visual dashboards
Data export
Use cases with leading AI technologies
Duration: 20 total training hours over two months for each defined user according to the segment.
Human instructor: Training will be delivered by a human instructor, either in-person or online.
Completion certificate: Participants will receive a certificate accrediting the AI skills acquired.

Process Management
Up to €18,000
The main objective of this category is to digitalize and/or automate your business processes related to operational or production aspects.
Features and Services
This solution includes a number of hours dedicated to configuration, aimed at defining the specific characteristics of your business processes and data loading. These hours are assigned according to the company segments defined in Article 7.2 as follows:
Segment I (10 to fewer than 50 employees): 60 configuration hours
Segment II (3 to fewer than 10 employees): 20 configuration hours
Segment III (0 to fewer than 3 employees): 15 configuration hours
Segments IV (50 to fewer than 100 employees) and V (100 to fewer than 250 employees): 80 configuration hours
This step is essential for the subsequent implementation and deployment of the digital solution, which must provide at least the following features and services:
Digitalization and/or automation of business processes and workflows
You will benefit from the digitalization and/or automation of comprehensive (horizontal and vertical) processes, including:
Accounting/Finance: accounts receivable/payable, asset management, financial closing and reporting, etc.
Invoicing: automation of invoicing processes with the generation of quotes, delivery notes, and invoices, in accordance with Article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003 (General Tax Law) and its implementing regulations, as well as any applicable legislation.
Projects: budget control, cost management, forecasting, resource optimization, etc.
Inventory: forecasting, stock levels, shipping, distribution, returns, and cancellations.
Purchasing and Payments: supplier and purchase order management.
Human Resources: HR management, payroll, etc.
Logistics: fleet and route management, among others.
A horizontal solution supports or encompasses several processes in the value chain, while a vertical solution supports a single process within the SME’s value chain.
Other Key Features
Integration with various platforms: The solution will include APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.
Updatable: Access to version updates of the solution.
Scalable: The solution must adapt if your business grows or undergoes structural changes.
Compliance: The solution must ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, particularly those related to billing and accounting, inventory, purchasing, and payment processes.
Specifically, it must allow for submission to the Tax Agency and ensure integrity, preservation, accessibility, readability, traceability, and immutability of records, in accordance with Royal Decree 1619/2012 and any other applicable regulations.
Individual Modules
You may incorporate individual modules, defined as modules that support a single subprocess of the SME’s value chain on top of an existing process management solution.
These modules must not be used for:
Enhancing or expanding functionalities of the existing solution
Updating or upgrading the current software
Any newly added module must comply with all the requirements of the “Process Management” category.
Individual modules must be offered at market price.

Process Management with Associated AI
Up to €19,000

The main objective of this category is to digitalize and/or automate business processes related to the operational or productive aspects of beneficiary companies through specialized training in artificial intelligence (AI) focused on process management.
Esta solución incluye un número de horas destinadas a la parametrización para la definición de las particularidades de los procesos de comercialización, así como para la carga de datos. Estas horas se determinan, para cada uno de los segmentos de empresas de la siguiente forma:
Segmento IV: 80 horas de parametrización.
Segmento V: 80 horas de parametrización.
Esta solución también incluye una capacitación en IA en el ámbito de la gestión de procesos, que tendrá una duración de 20 horas repartidas a lo largo de dos meses para ambos segmentos.
Funcionalidades y servicios
Automatización de procesos y flujos de trabajo: la solución deberá permitir la digitalización y/o automatización de procesos integrales (horizontales o verticales), así como otras funcionalidades de gestión interna de procesos.
Integración con diversas plataformas: la solución deberá disponer de APIs o Web Services para su integración con otras herramientas.
Actualizable: la solución deberá ser actualizable con nuevas versiones.
Escalable: la solución deberá poder adaptarse a los posibles crecimientos o cambios en la estructura empresarial de la pyme.
Capacitación en fundamentos de IA generativa para la gestión de procesos: capacitaciones para preparar a los empleados en torno a las funcionalidades descritas arriba, que contarán con:
Fundamentos básicos: aproximación a la normativa vigente y riesgos éticos y de seguridad derivados.
Capacitaciones específicas en: automatización y optimización de flujos de trabajo (contabilidad y finanzas, facturación, proyectos, inventario, compras y pagos, recursos humanos, logística y otros), gestión financiera, interpretación de datos y aprendizaje continuo.
Duración: las capacitaciones tendrán una duración total de 20h a lo largo de dos meses por cada uno de los usuarios definidos por segmento.
Instructor humano: tanto en modalidad presencial como online, las capacitaciones las impartirá un instructor humano a disposición de los usuarios.
Diploma de finalización: se otorgará un certificado de capacidades adquiridas en IA al concluir la formación.”
