(Head Office: Washington, USA; CEO: Petri Hautakangas; hereinafter “Tupl”) have been awarded a contract to automate customer support operations for the technical department of KDDI Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku,Tokyo, Japan; President: Makoto Takahashi; hereinafter “KDDI”), a major Japanese telecommunications operator.
