Loyal to our innovation spirit, we have been working on integrating Generative AI into our solutions. We are proud to present the first integration of GenAI with AI Care: with this, the AI Care users – mainly care agents in first line and network engineers in second line -have a new way to communicate with the AI Care tool, with a friendlier interface that allows them to ask further questions to investigate about the first root cause analysis and context data provided by AI Care. In the typical Gen AI format, the care agents can interactively investigate by asking questions and receiving answers in natural everyday language.
This is our first step, and we are already working on this integration with other Tupl solutions such as Network Advisor.

- Implementation of Tupl’s AI Care, PSA, and Network Advisor in Two Tier 1 European Operators. Tupl is proud to be delivering value to top Tier 1 European Operators through the implementation of the AI Care, PSA, and Network Advisor solutions. Our AI quality Control Toolkit, which uses AI to detect and classify errors in the manufacturing process by automating visual inspection, is already in full production in two of the production lines at PREMO GROUP’s factories around the world, with an over 95% inspection accuracy rate. This is just one step in PREMO’s overall smart factory strategy, and we are getting ready for full deployment to production across all factory lines.
- Partnership with Qvantel: Further expanding its industry alliances, Tupl is delighted to partner with Qvantel, a leading provider of cloud-based telecom solutions. Qvantel Flex Customer Care Co-pilot is now extended to support network-related problem management with Tupl AI Care Suite.
