According to its director, Felipe Romera, one of the main pillars to the success of this park is the concentration of talent. The Malaga TechPark has had for years a close collaboration program with the University of Malaga, which is the main supplier of talent to the park. The companies that settle here are looking for an environment that fosters innovation, but mainly they are looking for the talent that can develop it. The Green Ray is a business center in which companies and university students get in touch to put the talent of the university at the service of business innovation, through strategic public-private partnerships
The development of the Malaga TechPark has been in the making for decades and it has attracted large global companies like Google, as well as local innovators.
